It was a surprise when one of the principal members of this endeavor contacted me to write a foreword. To this dear friend, I thank you for the opportunity, and more so, for your friendship. I will do my best to answer accordingly. I like to think in the shower. Ive never been sure why, but I often find myself mulling over any range of topics there. It is a refuge of sorts.
