Stress and anxiety look like every one of us at times. No exceptions, no immunity. As a mother of three, I considered my incessant busyness to be a natural part of being a mum. I did not realise that I was stressed and anxious, that my need to be constantly on the go was not a choice, it was a compulsion, and it was unhealthy.
