El Estatuto jurídico del cuidador de las personas en situación de dependencia
El presente libro tiene como origen la Memoria elaborada como conclusión del Proyecto de Investigación que, bajo el título del "El estatuto jurídico del cuidador informal como elemento clave de un sistema integrado de protección a la dependencia", se realizó por los autores del libro en el bienio 2006/07. Dicho Proyecto, financiado por el IMSERSO (Ministerio de Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales) en el marco de su acción para el fomento de la investigación en temas sociales, se desarrolló en el seno del Grupo Consolidado de Investigación sobre temas de Seguridad Social y Salud Laboral de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, al que pertenecen los autores, adscrito a su vez al Instituto de Investigación sobre cuestiones de protección social, Juan Luis Vives, de la misma Universidad.
