Por um lado, reúne os textos apresentados na quarta edição do Simpósio de Pós-Graduação em Relações Internacionais, evento acadêmico bienal promovido pelo Programa Interinstitucional (Unesp/Unicamp/PUC/SP) “San Tiago Dantas”.
