The histQry of this book dates back exactly 20 years. When I first set foot on the shores O'f Indonesia in September 1947, I was, amongst other things, assigned the task 0'£ teaching Malay literature in an advanced teacher-training course, with the instructiOon to' lay stress on modern literature. ICHSS 2021
The International Conference of Humanities and Social Science (ICHSS) 2021 aims to encourage and provide opportunities for researchers and academics to exchange views and opinions, answer and debate policy-relevant issues, and produce academic research outputs on important topics language. ICHSS is an Indonesian Language Education Doctoral Program Alumni Association program, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. The basic idea to encourage research in the linguistic sciences is to have maximum research impact on education, culture, social, arts and humanities, language and literature, religion, gender and children, and literacy.
