¿Cuántas veces hemos «juzgado» a alguien por su imagen aun sin quererlo? Ese primer impulso humano de rechazar a un individuo por su aspecto fue lo que incitó a Mónica G. Álvarez a investigar sobre lo que nos transmite una persona cuando la conocemos. La cara fue el punto clave de su investigación. En ésta fue esencial la aportación de una desconocida ciencia denominada morfopsicología, que afirma que el cuerpo y la mente están relacionados y que el estado de uno influye sobre el estado del otro y que a través de la observación del rostro se puede analizar la asociación e interacción entre ellos. En este libro, la autora se centra en la maldad, y analiza morfopsicológicamente a parricidas, serial killers, pederastas, dictadores, terroristas, asesinos en masa y de mujeres, magnicidas e, incluso, niños.
