Dr. Yasin Aatir (Full Name: Muhammad Yasin Sheikh) is a medical graduate from Dow Medical College Karachi, Pakistan. Besides being an internationally renowned Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist, he is a well-known poet of Urdu Language. This book, entitled "Ishq Waseelah" is Dr. Yasin Aatir's first collection of poetry. The book has about 100 ghazals selected from his literary work over the last thirty years.Dr. Yasin Aatir has enjoyed the company of many renowned poets, such as John Ailia, Ahmed Faraz, Parveen Shakir, Mohsin Bhopali, Obaidullah Aleem, Saleem Kausar and Jamal Ahsani. He participated in several local and international Mushaera held over time in various cities in the United States.
