Perbandingan Arsitektur CNN AlexNet dan VGG16 untuk Klasifikasi pada Gambar Permukaan Solar Panel yang Rusak
Energi Solar Panel merupakan solusi yang tepat dalam menciptakan lingkungan hidup yang ramah lingkungan. Deteksi kerusakan dilakukan berdasarkan retak dan goresan pada solar panel. Dalam buku ini, implementasi dari dua arsitektur CNN digunakan untuk deteksi kerusakan solar panel yaitu dari hasil percobaan menggunakan optimizer adam tanpa learning rate dengan Epoch ke-100 pada arsitektur AlexNet yang mendapatkan akurasi yaitu 0.68. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model masuk ke dalam kategori Poor Classification berdasarkan skala AUC, jadi baik untuk klasifikasi hal ini dikarenakan dari pendeteksian citra 20 percobaan dalam dua kelas yang berhasil terdeteksi ada 13 citra yang terdeteksi benar dan 7 tidak terdeteksi. Hasil percobaan menggunakan model arsitektur VGG16 dengan menggunakan optimizer adam dengan learning rate dengan Epoch ke-100 yang mendapatkan akurasi 0.90. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model masuk ke dalam kategori Excellent Classification berdasarkan skala AUC jadi baik untuk klasifikasi hal ini dikarenakan dari pendeteksian citra 20 percobaan dalam dua kelas yang berhasil terdeteksi ada 18 citra yang terdeteksi benar dan 2 tidak terdeteksi.
