Phil Duse Exposes Government Quack Silliness Phil lays out specific instances of Quack Prolepsis (Occurring over the last 28 years) There is no "Turn-off Button" available to law-abiders to prevent silly Quack fictional demonizations! In the not to distant future [c. 2040] America will be a minority country where no one group, such as majority member Quacks, will have sufficient numerical superiority to perpetrate meritless prolepsis activity to deny truths-then noses and not silliness will prevail. Through defamation suit(s): we the people, supported by the equal protection clause mandated in the Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution, can and must create a Prolepsis turn-off button!

New Short Stories and Three Hand Pinochle

. Book Summary: This book contains a collection of short stores on life events encountered by the author and members of his immediate family, fictionalized for presentation to a broader audience. It also includes a head’s up on “Three Hand Pinochle” a card game for the masses defined as having two levels of players: Level 1—social players and Level 2—players registered as competent to play the game in competitive financial events, for example: casinos, cruise ships etc., under rules explained by the author [Phil Duse Rules] which make the game truly challenging and unforgiving of players who for whatever excuse fail to follow the rules. Such infractions are defined and qualified as reneges or “Opps” which either result in a loss of “Melt” or both a loss of melt and reduction in score equal to the bid.

Eeoc: the Real Deal

  • Categories: Law

The public will learn the Real Deal about the EEOC, particulary the legal tricks and maneuvers employed in its application of (supposed) remedial remedies under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. EEOC remedies that in reality ensure virtually all complainants lose. The author describes the process by analysis of three merit based complaints, from inception in a top secret Department of Defense environment to a local Defense Logistics Agency EEO office; then through Federal district and appeal courts to culmination of the complaints in a writ to the Surpreme Court. The book explains why the vast majority of Title VII citizen complaints, as proven by statistical results alone, reflect a reality that complaints referred to the EEOC seldom receive the justice presumed available under the act. This book also provides a solution to end this unique Indian Treaty type justice. Plus note the exciting third chapter: it captures the event of Hit Men attempting to end the authors life! Is the Government involved? Why? These questions are yet to be answered. The public has an undeniable right to the truth!
