This book is entitled “The Journey of Shifting a Way of Thinking” because the preparation of this book has a meaning that is centered on shifting ways of thinking, especially in viewing the reality of accounting science. Interestingly, this book raises several thoughts of Indonesian figures and provides space for exploration of Indonesian culture. In addition, this book will be a record of the develop-ment of accounting science thinking that is based on Nationalism. ICEMS 2019
Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Education in Muslim Society (ICEMS) contain papers from researchers, academicians, teachers, school principals, government agencies, and consultants in various fields of education, social sciences, humanities, Arabic and English linguistics. There were 110 full papers submitted and after reviewed by at least two reviewers, 39 of them are successfully published in the proceedings. The articles were submitted and presented at the 5th ICEMS held by Faculty of Educational Sciences (FITK) supported by Center for Research and Community Service (LP2M) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The 5th ICEMS centers on the issue of creativity and innovation in teaching and learning, a crucial issue to be discussed to improve the teaching and learning quality which in turn ultimately raise the overall education quality. In the future, the subsequent proceeding would be able to consistently grow into one prestigious annual proceeding by publishing papers from varied different fields of study, particularly in education.
Psycholinguistics
Based on teaching experience in psycholinguistics courses taken from various reference sources written in English, this book was prepared especially for students of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training majoring in English and Indonesian as a companion of teaching materials because throughout the author's experience about teaching subjects, many students complain about the lack of reading resources for this course. This book consists of 14 chapters that discuss various topics ranging from basic concepts of psycholinguistics, language production, language acquisition, learning theory, language disorders, second language acquisition and multilingualism. Hopefully, the topics discussed in this book can help students in studying psycholinguistics and the lecturers who teach this course.
