Penelitian operasi adalah bidang interdisipliner yang menggunakan metode analisis matematis, statistik, dan pemrograman komputer untuk memecahkan masalah kompleks dan membuat keputusan yang optimal. Dengan pendekatan yang sistematis dan terukur, penelitian operasi memungkinkan para pengambil keputusan untuk menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks dengan solusi yang terukur dan efektif.
