L’occlusione meccanica dell’intestino tenue rappresenta una problematica clinica di frequente riscontro, la cui gestione clinico-strumentale è resa difficile dalla complessità dei meccanismi responsabili del quadro occlusivo. Il ruolo del radiologo è quello di orientare tempestivamente l’iter terapeutico sulla base di una corretta interpretazione dei quadri iconografici. Lo scopo di questo volume –unico nel suo genere– è quello di correlare la fisiopatologia dell’occlusione all’imaging.
