We live in a world which is highly advanced in terms of science and technology. But there are several fascinating ancient legends, myths and mysteries, which are yet to be explained completely. Archaeologists, scientists as well as interested people travelled to investigate the pyramids of Egypt, the Bermuda Triangle, Eater Island, and several other places to find lost civilizations and other undiscovered treasures. As I came to know about the discovery of an ancient civilization, Dwaraavatii, under the seabed of Dwarka, I rushed to Dwarka to find out the truth of the legend. My mythological book, Last Days of Dwaraavatii, will try to reveal the truthfulness of Shrii Krishna’s reign based on myth, ancient treatise as well as archaeological findings. The reader will get a lot of information about different areas as well as the opportunity to cultivate an interest to learn more. Although the book doesn’t cover everything that’s going on in this world, it is a great reading experience, and it serves as a gateway and an inspiration for further reading.

Thinking on the Other Side of Zero Part 2

This book is about finding an explanation for my experiences as a healer, a role which I fell into without any idea of how or why it worked as effectively as it did. I have always been aware that my mind seems to work differently to others in some circumstances, such as noticing that I didn’t have any subjective memory at the age of 23 after a fright in an aircraft when the floor hatch on which I stepped fell a half an inch and locked. This gave me a great fright at the time, and the aircrew told me I was as white as a sheet at the time. When I recalled that experience there was no fright associated with the memory. In my healing experiences I was able to experience the subject’s experie...

The Breath That Moves Inside You

In a world where trauma has become a common explanation for distress, anxiety, and depression, conventional medical approaches often fall short in providing personalized care and listening to individual narratives. Manuela Heider de Jahnsen presents a unique perspective in her book, drawing from the ancient healing systems of Ayurveda and Yoga to navigate the complexities of symptoms, behavioral changes, and safe treatment options. Through her 40 years of dedicated work caring for traumatized patients, Manuela offers profound insights into human consciousness and a pathway to recovery. Going beyond the limitations of conventional medicine, Ayurveda and Yoga meet individuals where they are, providing personalized care and showing ways towards healing and renewal. In this transformative book, Manuela’s compassionate approach shines a light on the horizon, offering hope and guidance for those seeking a holistic understanding of trauma and a path to lasting well-being.
