It's Never Just Another Monday
When Novant Health President and CEO Carl Armato started his internal team blog, Carl's Corner, in February 2012, he was not a blogger. However, he knew he had to do more to prioritize communication across Novant Health, a vast not-for-profit health system of more than 26,000 team members serving millions of patients across four states. Inspired by the idea of communicating with team members on a weekly basis to invite conversation and dialogue, Carl's blog began publishing every Monday. Now, six years later, the blog has become a fast favorite and an effective tool to engage individuals across the organization.
