S. E. de Ibagué – Tolima, Colombia, hace partícipe a toda la comunidad académica e investigativa de esta producción realizada por el semillero SEPRON-BIOTECAL del Grupo de Investigación GIEPRONAL de UNAD, en articulación de las Ciencias de la Salud y el programa de Ingeniería de Alimentos en su respectiva línea de investigación: Ingeniería en procesos de alimentos y biomateriales; en el marco de la cooperación realizado entre el Banco de Leche Humana (BLH) y sus áreas (fraccionamiento y distribución de leches, procesamiento y extracción) y al Lactario; relacionando los procesos de recepción, prelavado, lavado, esterilización, empleo, inactivación y almacenamiento de materiales, con la participación de profesionales externos, el Laboratorio de Salud Pública del Tolima, y personal del hospital.
