He deeded land in Hardwick to Will iam Oakes. This land had been conveyed to him by deed of Seth Gilbert, November 21, 1777. Seth also deeded land in the west part Of Hardwick to Timothy, June 7, 1785. Timo thy gave some Of the Hardwick land to his son Joseph by deed dated August 14, 1808.
