This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the IFIP WG 8.2 Working Conference on Information Systems and Organizations, IS&O 2018, held in San Francisco, CA, USA, in December 2018. Research in Systems Analysis and Design: Models and Methods
This book constitutes the proceedings of the 4th EuroSymposium on Systems Analysis and Design, SIGSAND/PLAIS 2011, held in Gdańsk, Poland, in September 2011.
