Buku ini dibangun dengan pendekatan teologis-teoritis sesuai karakteristik perkembangan remaja yang meliputi formasi identitas, spiritualitas, sosial, dan misional. Struktur bahan juga mengikuti kerangka pembelajaran kreatif: HOOK, BOOK, LOOK dan TOOK yang membuat peserta terlibat, terkesan, dan tertantang pertumbuhan imannya. Edisi Revisi ini diterbitkan dalam 4 buku yang masing-masing buku terdiri dari 3 tema besar dan diuraikan dalam beberapa bab untuk meneguhkan visi selaras namanya, yaitu: menghasilkan generasi bercahaya bagaikan bintang-bintang yang di dunia ini (Flp. 2:15).
