Most child victims of violence in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia find themselves unable to speak up and file charges in court. This report provides insight into what leads children, their families and justice-sector professionals to become involved in justice systems, and where children go to seek justice, the main obstacles they face in the process and whether justice procedures are child-sensitive. It provides recommendations on the kind of interventions that can ensure real access to justice for all children. The report focuses on Albania, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and Montenegro.
