Reymont was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1924. Some of Reymont's works include "Pilgrimage to the Mountain of Life" (1984), "The Comedienne" (1896), "The Meeting" (1897), "The Promised Land" (1899), and "The Dreamer" (1910).
