This volume gathers peer-reviewed contributions on data analysis, classification and related areas presented at the 28th Conference of the Section on Classification and Data Analysis of the Polish Statistical Association, SKAD 2019, held in Szczecin, Poland, on September 18–20, 2019. Contemporary economists, when analyzing economic behavior of people, need to use the diversity of research methods and modern ways of discovering knowledge. The increasing popularity of using economic experiments requires the use of IT tools and quantitative methods that facilitate the analysis of the research material obtained as a result of the experiments and the formulation of correct conclusions.
