"Das Lied der Lieder" – die superlativische Übersetzung des alttestamentlichen Buches Hohelied betont dessen herausragende Stellung innerhalb der biblischen Schriften. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Liebe zwischen Mann und Frau. Die Beziehung zwischen den Liebenden ist dabei geprägt von Suchen und Finden, von Sehnsucht und Verlangen, Vereinigung und Abgrenzung und spiegelt sich maßgeblich in der Raumkonzeption des Textes wider. Zur Analyse der Raumkonzeption entwickelt die Autorin ein anschlussfähiges Drei-Perspektiven-Raummodell, welches die aktuelle Diskussion um den Spatial Turn einholt. Räumliche und anthropologische Aspekte werden in diesem Modell zusammengedacht, sodass der Körper als eigener Raum reflektiert wird. Intertextuelle Entfaltungen zum Buch der Sprichwörter (Spr 7) legen den Fokus in einer konstellativen Figurenanalyse auf die Frauenfiguren und ihre Beziehungen.
