Diese Spracharbeit hatte zwei Seiten: die Integration der gesellschaftlich heterogenen Bevölkerung und die Auseinandersetzung mit der lateinischen Bildungssprache. Die gegenwärtig so heftig debattierten Fragen, die sich um den Gegensatz des Eigenen und des Fremden drehen, gehören in diese Entwicklung: der Prozess der Spracharbeit ist nicht abgeschlossen.
