Die bisherige Forschung geht davon aus, dass das islamische Recht von unabhängigen Juristen entwickelt wurde. Dabei sind mitunter Einflüsse aus fremden Rechtssystemen eingeräumt worden, doch eine gezielte Rezeption galt stets als ausgeschlossen. In einer Vergleichsanalyse, die auf der Prämisse einer massiven Interaktion der Kulturen in jener Zeit basiert, lässt sich nun nachweisen, dass das erste monumentale Rechtswerk im Islam, die Zāhir ar-riwāya des Šaybānī, strukturell und inhaltlich auf dem Rhēton beruht – einer griechischen Version jenes Regelwerkes, das später in Europa als Corpus Iuris Civilis Verbreitung fand. Inspiriert durch die byzantinische Reichsrechtsidee kodifizierten muslimische Staatsjuristen in Bagdad das islamische „Reichsrecht“, das aber angesichts der Opposition frommer Überlieferer durch Traditionen legitimiert werden musste. Nachdem sich das Reichsrecht in weiten Teilen des Kalifats etabliert hatte, bewirkte der revolutionäre Triumph der Orthodoxie Mitte des 9. Jahrhunderts dessen Übergang in ein Juristenrecht, das nun in den Händen unabhängiger Gelehrter lag.

This book contains the proceedings of the 3rd Multidisciplinary International Conference (MIC) 2023, an annual event hosted by Nusantara Training and Research (NTR). This event was held in collaboration with Nusantara Training and Research (NTR) with Borobudur University, Jakarta. It was held on a virtual conference on 28 October 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The theme of this year's conference was "Scientific Innovation in The Digital Age" which aimed to explore the latest technological advancements and their implications in various scientific fields, including social science, economics, education, law, engineering, religion, and other sciences. This conference was attended by participants and delegates from various universities from Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, the Philippines, Australia, and Japan. More than 100 participants from academics, practitioners, and bureaucrats took part in this event to exchange knowledge according to their research results and competencies.

Dr. Imadaldin Al-Jubouri was born on Monday morning in 28-12-1953 where the flood just began in Baghdad, which is known as flood of 1954, therefore, the author registration was March 4, 1954. He brought up in Baghdad where finished his education, a British citizen of Iraqi origin. He completed his high degrees in Greenwich compass college in 1990. A father of three daughters from his relative wife Abir, fulltime writer and translator, he published many articles and studies in several Arabic and English newspapers, journals and magazines, such as Al-Arab International, Ad-Dustor, Azzaman, Philosophy Now, Pro Quest Information and Learning, in London, New York, Beirut, Amman and Baghdad. Further to his entertained in some Arabic satellite channels, such as ANN, Nile, Alrafidain, Almustakillah and Alhiwar in London and Cairo.
