The fish, scared as she is, begs the fisherman to let her go, so he tells her that he lives out of fishing and she s his only fish today. The fish tries to convince him out of taking her away; finally she suggests that she would figure out a way for him to make living other than fishing if he let her go. The fisherman thought he would be insane to believe a fish, but he wanted to give her a chance to see if she keeps her promise; so he let her go. Will the fish keep her promise and find the old fisherman another way to gain money? Or will she escape and run for her life? Afaf Tobbala, the author, tells the BolognaRagazzi Award winner story in an interesting, simple way, with the amusing illustrations of Adli Rizk-Allah.
