One out of five people will at sometime in their life suffer from a mental illness. Males and females are in their teens when it strikes them. Some people later on in life. I am just a lay person. A tradesman at best. The stigma of mental illness is real. The sad thing about it is that people that suffer from mental illnesses are the hardest on themselves, meaning patients play head games with one another instead of helping one another. What a sad state of affairs.
