The study used as reference the city of Rosario.

The project's main objective was to recuperate the documental archives of the city of Rosario's Dirección Nacional de Arquitectura presenting in this edition a series of articles, photographs, sketches and plans by architect Ángel Guido for the final design. The book also analyses the previous failed design projects.
