Entwicklung eines innovativen Planetengetriebes
Dieses essentials widmet sich der Entwicklung und Effektivitätsanalyse einer innovativen Planetengetriebekonstruktion unter Berücksichtigung grundlegender Entwicklungsanforderungen. Ein James-Planetengetriebe vom Typ ,,2K-H" wurde durch doppelte radiale Planetenräder weiterentwickelt, gefertigt und getestet für einen effizienteren Antrieb einer Kugelmühle in der Zementproduktion. Das entwickelte Getriebe ist kleiner, leichter und besitzt eine höhere kritische Rotationsgeschwindigkeit als die konstruktive Ausgangsbasis. Dabei werden u. a. die Auswahl der optimalen Getriebeparameter, die Schwingungsresistenz und die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Weiterentwicklung beleuchtet.
