The collection consists of a letter from John R. Baldwin, possibly to a wife or girlfriend, writing of his love for her. The letter is in response to one from her on the 18th. The text is in pencil and the paper is stained, making the location and addressee uncertain (Liza?), though the letter is dated January 1965.
