In this book, I have tried very hard to write from the heart. My heart has been eternally gripped by the awesome power of the cross for it was Jesus who made the greatest sacrifice for the sake of humanity. While working on this book, I lost my seven-year-old godson to a rare malady. From a broken heart, I penned three poems in memory of this very special young man who displayed remarkable courage under such adverse circumstances. I was deeply touched by his family's pain.
