CEDEFOP Annual Report
In 1999, the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Education (CEDEFOP) Work Programme conducted a broad spectrum of activities on the following three themes: monitoring competence and lifelong learning; monitoring developments in the European Union's member states; and serving European mobility and exchanges.
