Gerhard Richter (*1932) is an exceptional personality - not because his pictures are world famous, but because he has demonstrated a new approach to painting. His art masterfully moves between abstraction and representation, sensuousness and denial - ambiv alent attitudes which he demonstrated even in his early work. Gerhard Richter's oeuvre overcomes the division between abstract and representational art. His pictures neither cultivate a modest interplay of colours and forms nor do they deliver an intact p icture of reality. Richter is a sceptical artist who questions the reality of his art even when the prime subject of his paintings is the tangible. This applies in particular to his door, curtain and window pictures of the 1960s, which form the central foc us of this volume. They stage a playful examination of the illusory nature of art, which always questions what painting shows or conceals. This lavishly appointed volume is published to mark the artist's 85th birthday.

Heinz-Gunter Prager
Collecting, keeping and exhibiting - the components of the museum work can also describe the latest group of works by sculptor Heinz-Gunther Prager (born 1944). This volume, rather a piece of art than an exhibition catalogue, presents Prager's work of the last ten years - sculptures, drawings and graphics - against the background of his workplace and the "pin-boards." These tableaus on the walls of the atelier contain found objects (photos, newspaper clippings, sketches of ideas) and develop an encyclopedia of private, cultural-historical and cosmic references that Prager bases his work on; an intellectually creative input that reflects the older works as well as it provides stimulation for new creations.
Marcel Odenbach
Marcel Odenbach is a pioneer of video art and one of its most important exponents. This catalogue is the first ever to take an in-depth look at Odenbach's career as a draughtsman and collage artist. The retrospective begins with works from the 1970s in which Odenbach ironically describes his living environment and his relationship with the world. While the collages from the 1980s form conceptual studies for his video installations, they also function as autonomous combinations of text and images. Odenbach's art calls for a reflective way of seeing and requires an active viewer, particularly for his more recent cut-paper works.

However, the more companies are practicing it, the less it becomes a unique business strategy helping to differentiate from competitors. For that reason, this study examines whether an integration of customers in all decisions and/or the carrying out of different CSR activities leads to it being a more effective marketing strategy.
