¿Qué clínica de lo psíquico es posible en un contexto institucional educativo?
La convocatoria que se me hace para re-pensar la clínica en el contexto institucional educativo me lleva a construir varias preguntas que serán el contexto de la ponencia que presento; las siguientes: ¿Qué clínica? ¿Qué educación? ¿Qué institución? ¿Qué estudiante? ¿Qué paciente? Las cinco preguntas apuntan a complejizar un poco la perspectiva desde la que fui invitado, que giraba en torno a la definición de clínica y educación. Complejizan el asunto porque pluralizan los elementos implicados allí. La clínica no existe. La educación no existe. La institución no existe. El estudiante no existe. El paciente no existe. Existen diversos modos de hacer clínica, diversos modos de educar, diversas instituciones y, finalmente, diversos estudiantes y diversos pacientes. Por lo tanto una relación entre clínica y educación, así en abstracto, se vuelve imposible.

Festival Culture in the World of the Spanish Habsburgs
Festivals and ceremonials played a major role in the Spanish world; through them local identities as well as a common Spanish culture made their presence manifest within and beyond the peninsula through ephemeral displays, music and print. This book explores Habsburg Visual culture at court and its connection with the creation of a language of triumph, the relationship between religion and the empire, and examines cultural, artistic and musical exchange in Naples and Rome. Taken together these essays contribute further to our growing appreciation of the importance of early-modern festival culture in general, and their significance in the world of the Spanish Habsburgs in particular.
Distributive Justice in Transitions
The chapters of this book explore, from different disciplinary perspectives, the relationship between transitional justice, distributive justice, and economic efficiency in the settlement of internal armed conflicts. They specifically discuss the role of land reform as an instrument of these goals, and examine how the balance between different perspectives has been attempted (or not) in selected cases of internal armed conflicts, and how it should be attempted in principle. Although most chapters closely examine the Colombian case, some provide a comparative perspective that includes countries in Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe, while others examine some of the more general, theoretical issues involved.
