Survey of Lenders on Financing of Home Improvements
Clayton Research Associates was commissioned to undertake a survey of lenders across Canada to obtain information on the means of financing home improvements by homeowners, rental property owners and renovation contractors and to identify constraints to the financing of home improvements. Home improvements were broadly defined to encompass all types of renovations, ranging from small repair and maintenance work to major retrofits.
