Keberhasilan Kebijakan Percepatan Penurunan Stunting
Stunting menjadi prioritas skala nasional agar anak-anak memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan, gizi, air minum dan sanitasi, pendidikan, pertanian, dan proteksi sosial. Lebih jauh lagi, Pemerintah Indonesia juga berusaha untuk mensinergikan antar kementerian dan lembaga, mulai dari Kementerian Kesehatan, Kominfo, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Ristekdikti, Kementerian Sosial, Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, Kementerian Perindustrian, BKKBN, Tim Nasional Percepatan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (TNP2K), hingga Kementerian Perdagangan, untuk mencapai tujuan nomor dua dari SDGs. Sejalan dengan inisiatif Percepatan Penurunan Stunting, Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung meluncurkan Gerakan Badung Sehat di 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan dan Pembentukan Tim Terpadu Penanggulangan Stunting yang diikuti dengan Pembentukan Tim Terpadu Penanggulangan Stunting dari tingkat kabupaten hingga desa dan kelurahan. Upaya ini membuahkan hasil yang sangat memuaskan, dimana pada tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021 penurunan angka stunting sudah mencapai target nasional yaitu di bawah 14%, dengan rata-rata-rata penurunan sebesar 3,9% per tahun.
