Re-issue of a foundational work in the field of business ethics from R. Edward Freeman.
The catalog of the library of "Miss E. Freeman," compiled and written by John Clarke, the rector of Collingtree, Northamptonshire. From references within the volume, it appears that Miss Freeman was likely Clarke's granddaughter, and he assembled the library described here with an eye to her education, including a large number of religious and moral works, as well as historical works and some novels by Richardson and Fielding. Many entries include Clarke's commentary on particular works that he notes as exemplary, important, rare, or as having familial or social connections to Miss Freeman or himself.
