This ten-year supplement lists 10,000 titles acquired by the Library of Congress since 1976--this extraordinary number reflecting the phenomenal growth of interest in genealogy since the publication of Roots. An index of secondary names contains about 8,500 entries, and a geographical index lists family locations when mentioned.
The Heritage and Legacy of Francis Frazier II, a Blacksmith
Thomas Frazier (b.ca. 1726) immigrated with two brothers, Samuel and George, from Scotland to Pennsylvania. Thomas then moved to Guilford County, North Carolina. Either Thomas or his immediate descendants were Quakers, and many descendants thereafter. Francis Frazier II (1842-1925), a direct descendant, moved to Randolph County, Indiana. Descendants of Thomas and of Francis II lived in North Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa and elsewhere.

Through the Generations
Tristram Coffin was born in Brixton, Devon, England in 1609. He was the son of Peter and Joan Kimber Coffin. He married Dionis Stephens in about 1629. They emigrated sometime before 1643 and settled in Pentucket, Massachusetts. They had six children and owned a tavern in Newbury, Massachusetts. They moved to Nantucket in 1660. Descendants and relatives lived in Massachusetts, Indiana, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and elsewhere.
Ezekiel Gullett and Descendants
Ezekiel Gullett, probably born in Maryland, married Mary Dixon in North Carolina in 1804, then moved with her to Ohio and Indiana. Descendants of Ezekiel and Mary Gullett live primarily in Ohio and Indiana.
