Suriyelilerin Sosyal Entegrasyonu
Sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik sorunlar yaşamakta olan Suriyeli mültecilerin, kente entegre olma sorunsalına karşı yapılan profilleme çalışmasını inceleyen bu kitapta, Adıyaman kent merkezi ve ilçelerinde yaşayan Suriyeliler ile hem nicel anket hem de derinlemesine görüşme tekniği kullanıldı. Adıyaman’da yaşayan 571 sığınmacı kadının ekonomik ve sosyal uyum çalışmalarında kullanılmak üzere eğitim, sosyal hizmetler, iş hayatı başta olmak üzere profil çalışmalarının yapılarak entegrasyon süreciyle ilgili doneler elde edilip bir veri tabanı oluşturuldu. Gerçekleştirilen ekonomik ve sosyal uyum profil taraması kapsamında elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda detaylı bir analiz raporu hazırlandı. 20 kadınla yüz yüze derinlemesine nitel görüşme gerçekleştirildi. Dört aylık saha araştırması sonucu ortaya çıkan bu çalışmada ortaya çıkan sorunlara çözüm odaklı öneriler sunuluyor.

Postharvest Management Approaches for Maintaining Quality of Fresh Produce
The volume presents existing and novel management approaches that are in use or have a great potential to be used to maintain the postharvest quality of fresh produce in terms of microbiological safety, nutrition, and sensory quality. In comparison to traditional synthetic chemicals, these eco-friendly molecules are equally effective with respect to slowing the physiological and biochemical changes in harvested produce.
