Expanding Edges of Today's Administrative Law
This volume contains the scientific papers presented at the 4th International Conference “Contemporary Challenges in Administrative Law from an Interdisciplinary Perspective” that was held on 21 May 2021 online on Zoom. The conference is organized every year by the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences together with the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. „Creativ“, un adjectiv între timp substantivizat (vorbim, de exemplu, despre „creativii“ din publicitate), a căpătat în societatea contemporană o aură de-a dreptul magică. Dar este acest termen omniprezent și fascinant folosit în mod adecvat? Creativitatea, ne asigură autorul, nu ține doar de domeniul artistic și nu este neapărat un atribut al excepționalității. De asemenea, există, ca și în cazul altor aptitudini, aspecte paradoxale și, uneori, întunecate, deoarece puterea de creație a fost mereu însoțită de cea de distrugere, ca în cazul bombei atomice. În acest sens, cartea de față este totodată mărturia unui umanist care își dorește ca omenirea să încline balanța spre armonie, compasiune și fericire.
