La topographie du projet artistique du Frac Picardie y est restituée au travers des œuvres qui l'animent, et de leur permanente itinérance. Cet ouvrage n'est pas un catalogue de collection, mais un livre sur la valeur d'usage d'une collection et la lente affirmation d'une spécificité dans le domaine du dessin contemporain.
