The field of surface coatings is now so extensive, and is developing so rapidly, that no individual person could be expected to master it in its entirety. Hence, the days have gone when a lone author could compile a comprehensive treatise on the topic without overlooking many of the most significant developments. Yet the very growth and diversity of surface coatings make it essential that workers in the field should have access to up-to-date and authoritative reviews. It is to satisfy this need that we have assembled our team of authors, each of whom is an expert in his or her branch of the subject, and is well able to as'sess w:hat is most significant and exciting within that branch. They h,ave b~en encouraged to develop their themes in what they have felt to be the most appropriate way, with minimal editorial interference from us. We believe that the results of their labours will be of benefit to those engaged not only in basic research, but also to those working ip product development and in testing and evaluation of coatings.

The Reserve Bank of India says, Indian banking sector is adequately growing and well-regulated; The Indian financial and economic conditions are far better than other countries. In year 2015 the Indian banking industry is expected to show better growth prospects due to government's positive initiatives towards stimulating the industrial growth in the country. Also, new measures of RBI may help a lot for the restructuring of the domestic banking industry. The banking sector in India is expanding rapidly with the potential to become the 5th largest banking industry in the world by 2020 and 3rd largest by 2025.
Selected Papers from the Sixth International Symposium on Marine Propulsors
Marine propulsors are key components of the many thousands of ships and boats operating in oceans, lakes, and rivers around the world. The performance of propulsors are important for the environmental impact of ships, underwater noise impact on aquatic fauna, and crew and passenger comfort and safety. This book presents nineteen papers devoted to the hydrodynamics of different types of marine propulsors (conventional propellers, thrusters, and novel solutions). Most of the papers are extended papers from the sixth International Symposium on Marine Propulsors (SMP 2019). Several of the papers deal with cavitation, vortices, and energy saving devices. The papers present high-quality research performed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Experimental Fluid Dynamics (EFD) as well Artificial Intelligence (AI).
