POPI: Programa de orientação profissional intensivo
O POPI tem como objetivo principal divulgar esse método alternativo de trabalhar a questão da escolha profissional, realizando um processo de orientação profissional, de forma intensiva em forma de retiro. Assim, as etapas de orientação profissional, que normalmente levam dois meses, são realizadas em um único fim de semana e com um número maior de participantes (aproximadamente 50 participantes). O processo de OP realizado na forma de retiro supre os espaços necessários para os jovens, pois lhes fornece um espaço organizado (módulos) e espaço livre para trocar experiências e conversar sobre seus dilemas evolutivos. Esse processo envolve, ainda, a participação dos pais e familiares, uma vez que a escolha da profissão inclui as expectativas e possibilidades do universo familiar. Computational Biomechanics
The combination of readily available computing power and progress in numerical techniques has made nonlinear systems - the kind that only a few years ago were ignored as too complex - open to analysis for the first time. Now realistic models of living systems incorporating the nonlinear variation and anisotropic nature of physical properties can be solved numerically on modern computers to give realistically usable results.
