Com a lógica das escolas livres, esses Centros têm um duplo papel. Ao mesmo que pluralizam a oferta de línguas à comunidade, trazem essa comunidade de volta ao espaço público do ensino de línguas, reconstruindo uma relação fundamental para compreender o papel dos centros.
