ILOAT Cases: Extracts and Decisions

The ILOAT (International Labour Organization - Administrative Tribunal) deals with cases of international civil servants against the international organizations they are employed with and that have recognised its jurisdiction. Close to 60.000 international civil servants have to rely on the judgements of this Tribunal in case of a (labour) dispute. The Tribunal is composed of seven judges and comes together in Geneva about 2-3 times a year to deliver its judgements. This book provides an overview of ILOAT Cases (1947-2018) based on keywords and can be used as a 'quick reference guide' for judges, lawyers, academics and students in the field of International Organizations Law and International Administrative Law. For each case the important considerations and decisions are listed.
