Dog on Stilts is a barmy, rhyming story about an ambitious dog on a journey toward self-acceptance. Medium Dog was just an average, everyday dog. He wasn't particularly tall or spotty or interesting in any way. At least that's what he thought. So he dreamt up an ingenious way to become extraordinary, a dog to be noticed at last. But while Medium Dog's plan brought him a certain elevated status it couldn't last. Eventually he fell back down to earth again and with a bump.
