Maurice Duruflé

James Frazier
James Frazier (ca. 1751/55-1818) was born in or near Edinburgh, Scotland. He married Deborah Emory of Kent County, Delaware in 1779. Descendants lived in Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, and elsewhere.
Transformation of a Common Man

E. Franklin Frazier and Black Bourgeoisie
When E. Franklin Frazier was elected the first black president of the American Sociological Association in 1948, he was established as the leading American scholar on the black family and was also recognized as a leading theorist on the dynamics of social change and race relations.
