This work was the result of research and practice of the author over thirty years. Many advices of doctors and nutritionists about food combinations and diets were applied and tested, but all of that were not satisfied. At last, he recognized that the nature created human body of a self-healing system that needed to be fed with proper food, and let it alone then it could convert food into energy to manipulate hundred functions every day by itself.
