Laterale Führung im akademischen Mittelbau
Die Forschungstätigkeiten des akademischen Mittelbaus an deutschen Universitäten beim Verfassen von wissenschaftlichen Publikationen erfolgen immer öfter in Teamarbeit. Als Angehörige des akademischen Mittelbaus sind die Teammitglieder formal-hierarchisch in etwa gleichgestellt. Mittels einer lateralen Führung können diese Teamprojekte effizient wie effektiv umgesetzt werden, wobei der Erfolg der lateralen Führung von verschiedenen Determinanten abhängen kann. Diese Arbeit deckt systematisch die zentralen Determinanten lateraler Führung in Teamprojekten des akademischen Mittelbaus am Beispiel wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Professuren auf. So wird ein Beitrag zur zielgerichteten Gestaltung eines akademischen Personalmanagements geschaffen und ein erster Handlungsansatz für die Personalentwicklung an deutschen Universitäten formuliert.
