The nineteen contributions presented here cast light on these visual elements-on the production and ownership of printers' materials, and on the frequency with which these materials were exchanged and shared. A third of all items printed in the early modern Iberian world carried no imprint at all; for these items, woodblocks and engravings can assist scholars seeking to identify their place of origin or their date of publication. Aquest projecte neix quan la Dra. Coral Cuadrada, directora de l’Arxiu dels Marquesos de Santa Maria de Barberà, retroba el manuscrit Genealogia y Descendència dels de la Casa y Família de Pinós. Dirigida a la Excel·lentíssima Dona Isabel Margarida de Íxar y de Pinós, Duquessa de Íxar y Comtessa de Belxit, escrit per Bernat Galceran de Pinós el 1620, i conservat al mateix Arxiu. El llibre està format per una síntesi i la transcripció del manuscrit i per diversos capítols dedicats a l’estudi de temes relacionats amb el document, com l’arxiu del qual forma part, la genealogia dels Pinós, la Veracreu de Bagà, les il·lustracions que hi apareixen i la llegenda esmentada i la seva divulgació.
