La imatge de la Mare de Déu de Montserrat
Volum col·lectiu, bellament il·lustrat, preparat amb motiu de l’estudi tècnic que es va fer l’any 2001 sobre les característiques materials de la talla de fusta de la Mare de Déu de Montserrat, venerada en aquest Santuari des dels segles XII – XIII. Inclou una minuciosa descripció de la imatge, recerques sobre els orígens de les marededéus romàniques i sobre el lloc que hi ocupa la talla de Montserrat, i importants contribucions sobre aquesta imatge a través de la documentació i de la història. Finalment, s’hi inclou l’informe que els tècnics van redactar sobre l’anàlisi i la restauració de la Mare de Déu de Montserrat, acompanyat de fotografies adients i de radiografies. Bell conjunt que, com diu l’abat Josep M.
